We offer technical support for those customers who would prefer to fix their own PC or for those customers outside the Chicago area. 

Support Levels

  • First-Aid 24-48 Hours $25.00 Per Incident
  • Doctors Office Visit 4-24 Hours $50.00 Per Incident
  • Emergency Room Care 0-4 Hours $100.00 Per Incident

What to do

  • Fill out PC Paramedics exclusive E-Mail technical support form.
  • Write a brief description of the problem, including any error messages you might have had.
  • Write a brief history of the problem. i.e. any changes or installations that materialized at the time the  problem occurred.
  • If needed, our staff may request copies of some of your system files.
